Goodbye Guilt Trips Hello Flexibility

Apple Watch users rejoice: Activity Rings can now be paused

Goodbye guilt trips, hello flexibility

A long-requested feature has finally arrived on Apple Watch

If you're anything like us, you've probably had moments where you wished you could pause your Activity Rings. Maybe you're injured, or maybe you're just taking a break from your fitness routine. Whatever the reason, the inability to pause Activity Rings was a major annoyance for many users.

But no more! With the release of watchOS 11, Apple has finally added the ability to pause Activity Rings. This means that you can now take a break from your fitness goals without having to worry about falling behind.

Pausing Activity Rings is a simple process. Just open the Activity app on your Apple Watch and tap on the "Pause Rings" button. You can then choose how long you want your rings to be paused for, from 1 hour to 24 hours.

Once you've paused your rings, they will stop tracking your activity. You'll still be able to see your progress for the day, but you won't be able to close your rings until you resume them.

Pausing Activity Rings is a great way to give yourself a break from your fitness goals without having to feel guilty. It's also a great way to avoid overtraining, which can lead to injuries.

So if you're looking for a way to make your Apple Watch more flexible, be sure to update to watchOS 11 and start pausing your Activity Rings!
