Reds Lose After Leading 4-0

Brewers Overcome Early Deficit

The Milwaukee Brewers extended their winning streak to five games on Monday, beating the Cincinnati Reds 5-4.

Reds starter Justin Dunn allowed four runs on five hits in just 2 1/3 innings. He walked three batters and struck out four.

The Brewers took the lead for good in the fourth inning when Jackson Chourio homered off of Reds reliever Ian Gibaut.

The Reds had taken an early 4-0 lead, but the Brewers chipped away at the deficit, scoring two runs in the third inning and one in the fourth.

Brewers reliever Hoby Milner (1-0) earned the win, while Reds reliever Buck Farmer (0-1) took the loss.

The Brewers improved to 5-2 on the season, while the Reds fell to 2-5.
